Split Decision Charters

As a third generation Charlotte Harbor native, Matthew is very excited to share his local appreciation and expertise with his clients. He's spent the last few years working on sportfishing charters internationally, finding new ways to expand his knowledge. Matthew is a United States Coast Guard licensed captain and Charlotte High School alumni.
